What is SecurityMerch.com?

SecurityMerch.com is an online clothing retailer featuring IT security designs and much more! We make shirts with character because life is too short to wear boring clothes. Our shirts will make you famous.

What products do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of products such as t-shirts, hoodies, and stickers. Featuring designs for security professionals, but always adding more! Don’t get burned by cheap quality t-shirts online ever again. All of our apparel is high-quality and printed to order in the US. If you’re looking to request a type of product, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

How do your products fit?

Currently, we only offer adult sizes. Most of our products fit true to size, for women’s products we suggest going with a Unisex alternative. Please see our sizing chart for exact size information. We want to make sure you’re happy with your order so please let us know if your products don’t match our size chart.

Do you offer any discounts on your products?

We’re constantly running special sales and details. The best way to stay up to date on offers is to subscribe to our newsletter. To subscribe, just fill out the short form at the bottom of this page!

Shipping and Returns

What are the rates for shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping tiers based on the weight of your order. The majority of orders in the US will have a shipping cost of $5.95.

How long will it take for my shirts to arrive?

Our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically it will take about 2 business days or less for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total, you should expect about 10 days to receive your order but if you need your shirts for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case of any delays.

How do I track my package?

You will get an email once your order ships. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please contact us.

I made a mistake with my order, how do I change it?

Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12-hour window in which an order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment.

I need to cancel my order, what should I do?

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.

I need to make a return/exchange of products, is that possible?

If you would like to return your items for any reason, you may do so for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Please check out our returns and exchange policy.

If you have an idea for a shirt you would like to see in our store let us know. Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom design services.
